Shoe- Asics DS Trainer -I like a shoe with a low heel but runs like a trainer and feels like a racing flat
Apparel- Nike Shorts and Tops -Dri-Fit has always been my favorite
Accessory- Polar RS 800 -Running with a HRM is like running with a coach
Training Run- 1 or 2 mile repeats and when I run through Downtown because I always see something new.
Race- Savannah Mile and Bridge Run because they are both unique and I like to race Grandma's Marathon and Chicago Marathon
Random Favorite- NASCAR is my favorite sport to watch.  The Bible every day is my favorite book.

Training run- Speed workouts make me feel fierce and the long runs downtown during spring when the whole city seems to be coming alive.

Zach's Favorites
Shoe: DS Trainer, but I like to try new stuff.
Apparel: Nike shorts. College students can't afford shirts.
Accessory: The only accessory I own is a Nike watch, which is great.
Training run: 3 or 4 1.4 mile repeats to the back of Dutch Island and home again; I can focus on my training instead of dodging traffic.
Race: I actually miss home meets at Country Day. The Savannah Mile is an awesome event as well.
Random Favorite: I am a car fanatic. If I'm not in the store or doing work for school, then chances are you can find me under a car.
