The Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah is proud to present the 2019 WalkCrew Training Program!

In this program, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of staying fit, building speed, and gaining strength in walking. Whether you're a run/walker, a walk purist, or have no experience at all, this program will work with your current goals and abilities to help you reach your best! A simple assessment walk/run will be conducted on the first day of training to place you in the proper training group and with mentors best suited to help you achieve your goals in this program. Your coaches will also conduct an initial gait analysis to help you learn and understand the ways that you can maximize your efficiency and mobility so that you can make every stride count!

This 12 week program is designed to culminate with each participant completing a race walk/run of their choice. Your coaches will be creating training prescriptions that are catered to you, your goals, and your current abilities.

Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:30pm | Thursdays @ 6:30pm | Saturdays @ 7:00am
Program Fee: $60
