This program is designed for those who want to step up their training a notch or for those who simply want to maintain their current fitness level by running with a group. This is an uncoached program. MILE MARKERS will offer distances for all levels of runners (beginners, intermediate and advanced) and will allow you to train for any length of race while making progress in your running. If will include informal groups during the week and on Saturday. The Saturday run will have a water/Powerade stop at Fleet Feet for the participants. This program doesn't require you to stick to a specific plan but to just enjoy running with a group and encourage others who might have specific race goals.
Participants will get a few discounted shopping days at Fleet Feet Sports Savannah during the duration of the program plus chances to win fun freebies!

A: Of course! We are confident after you see what the programs are all about that you will want to get involved!
A: This program is open all levels. We will have various distances and routes for each workout. All groups will meet Tuesday/Thursday 5:30am OR 6:00pm and Saturday at 7:00am at Fleet Feet Sports Savannah.
A: We have training programs in Savannah. The Savannah group meets at Fleet Feet Sports Savannah.
A: Absolutely. We want to inspire and educate runners/walker of all levels, regardless of pace! We will always have coaches to run alongside you, so you need not worry about being alone on runs. Each runner needs to be able to run/walk at least three miles.
A: Of course you can still be involved! We would love to have every trainee at every workout, but understand that life and obligations may get in the way. You can always attend the other session for the day if you miss your normal time slot. Also, just make sure that you are completing your training run independently (or with a buddy) so you don't fall behind on your progress.
