Couch to 5K Training Program

The Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah is proud to present the 2019 Couch to 5K Training Program!

In this program, participants will be introduced to the basics of where to begin when getting ready to run their first 5K race. A simple assessment run will be conducted on the first day of training to place you in the proper training group and with mentors best suited to help you achieve your goals in this program. Your coaches will also conduct an initial gait analysis to help you understand and learn about the ways you can maximize your efficiency and mobility so you can make every stride count. 

This 12 week program is designed to culminate with each participant completing a 5k race. Your coaches will be creating training prescriptions that are catered to you, your goals, and your current abilities.
