Yoga for Runners, in partnership with CustomFit Training Center, starts Monday, Aug. 13, 6 p.m.! Recover from your run and relax your muscles and mind with a weekly 45-minute class to aid with mobility, active recovery and core stability. Avid runner and Fleet Feet Savannah training program participant, Tina Nelson, will lead our practice.
Cost is $10 per person. Allow a little extra time to sign up in person before class begins. You are encouraged to bring your own equipment, but a few mats, blocks and stretch belts will be available for use on a first come, first serve basis.
