Yoga for Runners, in partnership with CustomFit Training Center, meets Monday at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Savannah. Recover from your run and relax your muscles and mind with a weekly 45-minute class to aid with mobility, active recovery and core stability. Avid runner and Fleet Feet Running Club Savannah training program participant, Tina Nelson, will lead our practice.
Cost is $10 per person. Sign up online in advance or on the spot. You are encouraged to bring your own equipment, but a few mats, blocks and stretch belts will be available for use on a first come, first serve basis.
