Why does she run?
I started running in high school so I could have the fastest mile on my softball team. It was a competition we started to make our conditioning routine more bearable. Now I find myself running because I enjoy it. It's the one part of my day I never skip.

What does Lauren do while she is not running?
When I'm not running I live to be out on the water. Whether I'm wakeboarding, water skiing, or just riding around in the boat; the water is where you can find me.

What does Lauren want to be when she grows up?
I am a junior at Armstrong where I'll get my degree in rehabilitation science. From there I'll go to grad school to be an orthopedic physician's assistant.
