Meet Joe Pilz

How long has Joe worked for Fleet Feet Sports Savannah?
Since March of 2007

Where is he from?
Savannah originally and moved just outside of Chatham to Effingham County right before middle school.

Why does he run?
My graphics teacher in high school, who was also the XC coach talked me into running. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only is it good for staying fit and keeping my blood sugar in check, but it is also a good way to get some meditation time.

What does Joe do while he is not running?
When I'm not running, I'm either studying or in class at AASU, practicing with my band, Faraday, or taking time to relax.

What does Joe want to be when he grows up?
I really don't like to think too far ahead, but hopefully some kind of full time job dealing in the music industry that would allow me to travel to places far and wide.
