Tuesday- 6:00 AM. Speed or 5-6 mile run on road. If we run the 5-6 miles, it will be the Galloway method of 3 and 1.
Wednesday - 6:30 AM. Ragan and Robert Track Workout. All Levels. We meet at Savannah State Track and Field Complex.
Thursday- 6:00 AM. 5-6 mile run on the road using the Galloway method of 3 and 1.
Thursday- 6:00 PM. Track Night! All levels welcome. We meet at the Savannah State Track and Field Complex.
Saturday- 7:00 AM. Casual long run of varying distances and abilities. Course is always marked, and water is always provided. Come run beautiful Savannah with us!
